I celebrated Earth Day with Athena residents at the new wastewater treatment wetlands. It's not as bad as it sounds. It was actually quite nice.Even though the wetlands are less than a year old (I think) birds are already flocking there, at least in small numbers.
It was a good way to spend a nice spring day.
This is less than a year old. This will be an area for the birders to enjoy for sure. Such a beautiful area!
