I am developing my photography skills (I'd like to call it skill and not just luck) as I am working on this blog. It's meant to go along with my coverage of communities and events in the local newspaper.
I have previously used a Sony Cybershot circa 2006, and recently upgraded to a Canon Rebel.
I hope people can enjoy this blog as a chance to follow my activities and the activities of the communities I cover.
I post photos, some new, some old, some just for the fun of it.
This is another photo from my winery visit last Friday. Winemaker Ashley Trout is taking notes on a sample of wine-to-be. Inside this big white bin was two-and-a-half tons of grapes just starting their fermenting process.
This photo wasn't the most exciting, that's why it didn't run with Saturday's story. But I like focusing on the sample up close, with Trout doing her work in the background.
