On a hike this weekend I got to pick (and eat) huckleberries for the first time. I didn't have a baggie or anything to put them in, so I picked a hand full and ate them as I walked down the trail.

Great photo! I picked a bunch of blackberries on a hike the other day, and I didn't have a container either. They were quite squished by the time I got home, but I made a cobbler and it was delicious. I love berry picking time in the Northwest!
